Luma Arles Foundation Building, France
Parc des Ateliers 35, Avenue Victor Hugo, 13200 Arles, France
Rimex supplied around 25,000m2 of 1.0mm 316 BA OneTex® Linen for the external cladding for this Gehry and Partners project, which is a landmark building locally, nationally and beyond. Bringing the ‘wow’ factor and unmistakable style that you would expect from a Gehry project, the stainless steel ‘bricks’ on this twisted façade interact with the light in different ways depending on how the light falls upon them.

Lusail Stadium, Doha

In the desert light of Qatar, architecture is first a negotiation with the sun. Lusail Stadium — the “Golden Bowl” — was built to host the final of the 2022 World Cup, its silhouette inspired by the ghafwa(date-bowl) and the enamel lantern of Arabic tradition.
