Monuments to materiality. Landmarks of permanence.
Where architecture meets the horizon, Vermat Landscape Sculptural transforms open space into a curated dialogue between form, material, and environment. In close collaboration with artists, landscape architects, and designers, we conceive and deliver monumental-scale sculptures, architectural pavilions, entrance markers, water features, and integrated art installations that define place and capture collective memory. Each work is born from a shared vision — a fusion of creative ambition and our deep technical expertise — to create iconic landmarks that engage the public realm for generations.
From the initial artist sketch to the final polished surface, Vermat brings aerospace-level precision in advanced metalwork to every project. We shape stainless steel, weathering steel, aluminium, and bespoke composites into forms that appear to float, twist, or cantilever against gravity — engineered to withstand decades of sun, wind, rain, and human interaction. Every piece is a long-duration asset, finished with enduring protective coatings and backed by rigorous structural engineering, ensuring it remains true to the original design intent while requiring minimal maintenance. Through a rare synthesis of creative sensibility and industrial rigour, we deliver permanent sculptural landmarks that belong to the public and to the future.

Metalwork & Material
Stainless Steel (304/316)
Mirror, brushed, blasted, or PVD gold/bronze/black — corrosion-resistant.

Weathering Steel (Corten)
Pre-weathered or naturally oxidizing, a living patina that ages deeply.

Aluminium
Lightweight, anodized or powder-coated for large-scale, wind-resistant forms.

Perforated & Expanded Mesh
Layered transparency that plays with light, shadow, and visual depth.

Composite & Hybrid Fabrication
Metal combined with stone, timber, or glass for mixed-media sculptures.

Key Features & Customization
Artist & Designer Collaboration
We serve as a technical bridge between creative vision and built reality. Our in-house engineering team works directly with artists, landscape architects, and design consultants — interpreting sketches, 3D scans, or maquettes and evolving them into fully engineered, structurally sound, fabricatable components. We never impose; we translate.
Monumental Scale & Precision Fabrication
Vermat operates large-format fabrication facilities capable of producing single elements exceeding 20 metres. Robotic welding, 5-axis CNC machining, and hydraulic forming enable complex double-curved geometries, seamless welded joints, and structural frames engineered for wind, seismic, and live loads. The result is sculpture that is both delicate in detail and indomitable in scale — appearing to float, twist, or cantilever against gravity.
Surface Finishing & Weathering Protection
Outdoor sculpture demands the highest standard of surface finishing. We apply PVD and fluorocarbon coatings for enduring colour stability and UV resistance in any climate, electropolishing for mirror-grade stainless steel that resists contaminants and graffiti, passivation and pickling to restore corrosion resistance after welding, and anti-graffiti or self-cleaning coatings that minimise maintenance in high-traffic public settings. All finishes are rigorously tested to ISO 9227 (salt spray), ASTM G154 (UV weathering), and relevant regional environmental standards.
Integrated Water, Light & Digital Features
Vermat’s landscape sculptures often integrate water features — programmable water curtains, reflecting pools, and mist systems — embedded within the sculptural form, alongside architectural LED lighting that traces edges, illuminates perforations, or generates dynamic colour sequences. Interactive digital elements such as proximity sensors, soundscapes, and projection mapping respond to visitor presence. All integrated features are engineered from the start, not retrofitted, ensuring seamless integration and long-term serviceability.
Global Logistics
Vermat provides complete foundation engineering for plinths, anchor bolts, and subgrade connections. Large-scale works are fabricated in transportable modules with concealed bolted or site-welded joints. Global logistics cover custom crating, marine insurance, route surveys, and on-site rigging coordination — managing the entire process from studio maquette to public unveiling.
Enduring Legacy & Minimal Maintenance
A Vermat landscape sculpture is designed to remain as the artist and architect intended — for generations. Material selection, structural redundancy, and protective coatings are specified for a design life of 50+ years. Maintenance manuals, inspection schedules, and optional periodic condition surveys are provided at handover. We design not for the opening ceremony, but for the decades beyond.
